In fall semster this lecture is held every Tuesday 10.15-12.00 a.m.

Microscopy is central in research and diagnosis. The basic theoretical
background of light- and electron microscopy will be discussed, as well
as practical applications ranging from normal imaging to high resolution
and intravital imaging. Concepts of image processing relevant to
microscopy are part of the lecture.
