Core domain and account

Since spring of 2015 all computers at ZMB and FCF are part of the Core domain. This means for you that if you are a user of one or both of Core facilities you have one Core account. You receive this account credentials after your registration at one of the Core facilities.

With your Core account you can log in on instrument computers, virtual machines (VMs) and thin clients.

Typically your login is composed from the first letter of your first name a dot and your last name. 

The password expires after 365 days and you will receive a warning email when this is about to happen.
