This resource provides a collection of step-by-step how-to guides to make good use of the IT infrastructure at the Center for Microscopy and Image Analysis including how to become a ZMB user, how to use the CORE user account, how to access and save data on the CORE file server, and how to access instruments via the CORE booking system.

Instrument Assistance
If you need help with a specific instrument, there are several ways to get assistance:
- If you encounter a problem with an instrument, and are unable to use it please call us. Here you can find the contact information for the person in charge of each instrument.
- If the problem is not urgent or occurs outside working hours, please use our feedback form available at the instrument to report the issue. We will respond as soon as possible.
