CLSM - Zeiss LSM 980 Airyscan (Irchel)

Zeiss_LSM980_Airy2_H79

The Zeiss LSM 980 Airyscan is an inverted confocal laser scanning microscope for spectral selective fluorescence imaging. The system is equipped with a sensitive 32 channel array GaAsP detector flanked by two conventional multialkali PMTs allowing for simultaneous acquisition of multicolor samples and spectral unmixing. The additional Airyscan 2 detector allows for fast and gentle super resolution and confocal image acquisition. For live cell studies, the microscope is equipped with an environmental control box.

Location

University Zurich, Irchel Campus, Room Y42-H-79
