Location Children's Hospital Zurich (Lengg)
The ZMB satellite at the Research Center for Children (Forschungszentrum für das Kind, FZK) at the University Children's Hospital Zurich provides confocal, spinning disk and high-content screening microscopy, complemented by an on-site flow cytometry unit, to support researchers on the Lengg campus with training, method development and data analysis.

At our Lengglocation, we provide the following light microscopy instruments together with user support:
- Confocal laser scanning microscope – Leica SP8
- Spinning disk confocal – Nikon with Crest X-Light V3
- High-content screening – Molecular Devices ImageXpress HCS.ai
- High-content screening – PerkinElmer Operetta
To complement the experimental range, the Cytometry Facility also operates two instruments on site:
- Analyzer – Cytek Aurora
- Cell sorter – BD FACSAria III (4 lasers)
